From a Wheelchair Accessibility perspective they have probably the best room in Kelowna. The bathroom is large. Toilet is good height with bars. Sink is roll under. The roll in shower is perfect. Bench flips out of the wall and is perfect height. The placement of the shower head, shampoo etc and bars are all perfect. And the price was more than reasonable. 2 wheelchair parking spots right by the door. The ramp getting into the lobby is fairly steep leading to an automatic sliding door that opens in time but it feels a little sketchy because to get up the ramp you need some speed and if the door did not open for whatever reason it would make for a potential ass over tea kettle tip backwards situation. That and just having 1 elevator that everyone including staff uses would be my only demerits
