The towels provided are quite small; offering larger towels or providing more would be a welcome improvement. A laundry facility is available on the second floor, which is convenient. However, the dryer is underpowered, so drying clothes requires splitting loads and additional time, costing around 800 yen altogether. The laundry machines require detergent, but the hotel does not sell any. This could be inconvenient for guests, especially considering that Tokyo laundromats often include detergent automatically. The room also lacks napkins, which can be inconvenient as the provided toilet paper is unsuitable as a substitute.
