"I requested a balcony that had a nice view and the lady at reception was very kind to arrange it so I had an amazing view of the parliament building. Rooms are a good size, clean. "I stayed for two nights and for the 48hrs I was there I had access to WIFI for about 10hrs in total, which meant I could not connect to a few Teams calls, which was a little frustrating. I was able to visit some cafes and McDonalds to work, which was far from ideal. I know you don't book hotels just because of the WIFI, but when staying away on business and planning on working from your room WIFI is essential, so it left my stay a little disappointing. I understand that this was not the fault of the staff, who were very apologetic, so I am not blaming them and suppose this happens from time to time"
