The beds were disgusting, you can feel the wires in the mattress. The mattress was old and stained and had bed bugs. The sheets were old and torn, the top sheet was torn and tattered. The room had no towels the evening front desk clerk was bothered by my request for towels. Our 2nd room was dirty and smelled of urine at check in, this was after we had to wait for them to check that the room was ready to Check into. We had to wait again for them to clean it, the tv also wasn’t working in the room. The pool has soo much bleach in it that it stings your skin. Would never stay here again.

Este hotel en realidad se llama Delfines del mar al llegar al hotel resultó que no teníamos reservación y no hicieron nada por tratar de resolver les recomiendo que hablen antes de apartar las habitaciones ya que los precios que te da tampoco son reales son más caros

El trato de la recepcionista al llegar dejo mucho que desear, ya que al parecer como el Hotel cambio de nombre no estan aceptando ninguna reservación de ninguna plataforma, tuvimos que pagar más, ya que no dan ninguna solución en ese aspecto y solo fue un " no es nuestro problema " La habitación si esta limpia, pero las sabanas y cobertores parece que se van a deshacer, el baño se veía limpio pero no tiene alguna cortina para separar la taza de la regadera, no dan shampoo , por el precio minimo tendrían que tener también esos articulos (cobran $ 1,400 de la habitación, por noche ) y en la ventana del baño no tiene algo para tapar y me daba cosa que alguien me viera porque habían otras ventanas de ese lado. La alberca esta bien para estar ahí mucho tiempo no esta limpia pero tampoco muy sucia, una de las regaderas de exterior solo saca un chorrito de agua. El Aire acondicionado no tiene niveles para ponerle más potencia o menos y después de cierto tiempo empieza a chorrear agua de ahi, eso es lo que pasa en es hotel.
