Amazing stay
Fabulous break in a charming pub with rooms. The staff did everything to make our stay special. Laura was amazing at breakfast and the food was fantastic. We will definately be back.

We had a lovely stay over. The room was so big clean and comfortable. We ate downstairs and the food was lovely as was the breakfast. Staff were so welcoming and friendly we really enjoyed our visit.

We enjoyed our stay for two nights in a great village close to everything in the Peak District. Breakfast is excellent and we enjoyed one dinner onsite as well. The staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend.

All staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean and spacious. Bed was large, lovely clean, crisp bedding, thick duvet, fluffy pillows. Bathroom was large and clean, good shower over bath.
Large carpark.
Very convenient location, especially for Chatsworth House.

Friendly, Comfortable and Good Location
Very friendly staff. The room size is generous. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. I enjoyed staying an inn that is close to Chatsworth House.

Nice stop in a lovely town
Beautiful historic setting, great food, indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of parking. It's at the village center on the main road, so you can hear a bit of traffic if the windows are open
