The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk from Hallgrímskirkja Church. The room was clean and spacious, and having a refrigerator was a great bonus. I was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was simple, but it was much appreciated given the high cost of living in Iceland. For a guesthouse, it had everything I needed and offered a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Guesthouse Sunna. The two bedroom apartment had everything we needed. The rooms were a bit hot. It's close to cafes and all the major attractions in the area, and being able to park on site was very convenient!

Wonderful location, almost next to the big hilltop church. My clean and basic room had a view of that and the lovely sculpture garden across the street. Staff kind and helpful. Nice breakfast with good coffee. Small kitchens here and there for fixing meals.

It was a great location - right by the church & bus stop 8. The front desk staff was so helpful with restaurant suggestions and even helped me find a luggage store when my lock went MIA. The rooms are bare bones, I kind of felt like I was back in my college dorm. Tiny bathroom, the sink was the size for an airplane bathroom. But, there were blackout shades, it was quite and there was homemade bread every morning at breakfast!
