comfortable well appointed room, great view with lush greenery all around. Staff was extremely helpful. one of the best destinations for a quiet weekend getaway. Breakfast could be improved, the food quality was below avg. dosa was underseasoned, most of the things in the buffet were empty, ordered parathas which we never got and service was a bit slow. Really missed an espresso machine whih is common even in 3 star hotels these days, the ready made tea and coffee were sub-par and served warm. Lots of areas to improve during breakfast. Everything else was spot on. Highly recommended!

The property and overall experience was nice but i forgot my earphones in my room. When i got home and realized that my earphones are left in the hotel i called them to ask for it. They said that they havent found anything. But i am sure i left it in my room so i think the cleaning staff may have taken it or the people who stayed in the room after me have them. In any case the staff should have found it and couriered it to me, they cant just disappear .

Avoid at all costs!
This was my second stay at the Golden Tulip Panchkula, and I have to say it is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. In general the hotel is very lacking in many respects. Some first impressions: -No business center -Charging for drinking water -Not accepting credit card payments (Asking for cash payments to generate unaccounted money) -No dedicated staff members (hotel staff doing multiple jobs, not well trained) Wifi signal/connection was poor Our room lighting was poor Poor connectivity of TV in room and gym Breakfast was subpar At times when asking for an omelette, no one was at the egg counter The gym was not in order (it was unmanned, lights were switched off)
