Everything was great with one exception, the breakfast. It was understaffed, waited 10-15 for more scrambled eggs to be brought out, pancakes were barely warm/closer to room temperature and overall the hot food was not representative of what I am accustomed to when staying with this hotel. Fruit, yogurt and bread were the best offerings. Overall our stay was good, but the benefit of having breakfast included wasn’t worth it.

Our room was not ready when we checked in at approximately 5pm. We had to leave for an event and came back at about 10pm, but the room we received was not what we booked. We booked 2 Queen beds, but received a king and sofa. At that point, we were too exhausted to ask for the correct room.

This hotel charges me for a booking that I did even use. I booked this hotel and when I called to verify my booking and to see if they had any rooms available before I went to the hotel. The rep Sierra gave an attitude and told me the hotel was full and I should cancel my booking. It was not a prepaid booking. It was pay at the hotel. I tried cancelling the booking thru the original company. And see the hotel went in and still charged my card. When I was told they were full. I requested a refund and have not received it as of yet. The hotel charged my card a week later. If you could not accommodate my booking you should not be charging me. I’m extremely upset about this charge. And would still like my refund. And will never book at this hotel again

Everyone was very friendly from the moment we arrived. The facilities are new and clean. The breakfast was simple but good! The only thing I would change is that parking costs extra per day. I think it should be included in the room rate. ($19.75/day) Thank you very much!
