Convenient location. 6 min to Vatican. 25 -30 min walk to the Center of everything. Very quiet area to relax after walking all day. Staff is extremely nice and helpfull. Although, wouldn't recommend this place if you are big - very small shower cabins.

I am currently in a wheelchair, Cannot walk. No elevator as advertised ******** Had 9 stairs to get to room ******* *Owner would not refund money so I could get a different hotel to stay in Rome. mini safe did not work Air conditioner would not cool off the room The door separating the other apartments was very thin and unsafe. So because I had to find a different hotel and not stay at this one. I Reported this to Expedia, that there was no elevator as advertised, They tried to contact the owner, and the owner was nasty and hung up on them. Expedia backed up their policy and refunded the entire stay. I have been traveling with Expedia my whole life and I have never had anything like this Happen. I will be traveling with Expedia for the rest of my life!

Charge from Hotels.com and the hotel did not match. Hotels.com charged 80 dollrs upcharge. The night we checked in a person who spoke no English let us in. Less than the best. This hotel has no staff most of the time. Full service hotels can be booked for less. Not the best experience but the people are nice.

Lovely place
This was a lovely place to stay for the first leg of our trip. It had the charm of a bed and breakfast. The coffee machine in the hall was an added bonus. The airlines had lost our luggage on the flight over and the host was kind enough to wait on hold with the baggage service to see if she could get more information for us. When we came back, she had put some extra toiletries and slippers in our room. She also coordinated taxi rides for us. The smaller beds were a little uncomfortable, but overall it was a quiet and safe space from the bustling city. Very close to Vatican city but about an hour walk to the Colosseum.

Fantastic Little Place
What a fantastic Bed and Breakfast, Michelle was a lovely host! The rooms was a good size (room 1) and very clean. Bed was very comfy! Location is perfect for getting around. Vatican is approx 5-10 minute walk (for the museum entrance), and 50 minutes to Colosseum (which is good if you want to explore the city on foot!) Lots of restaurants near by too! Would definitely stay here again when in Rome (very good value too, especially as you don’t want to be staying in the room too much!) Only thing that would make this better would be a breakfast (but lots of places near by to get this) Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Easily the BEST little Guesthouse in Rome!!
This place exceeded all our expectations! Our room was comfortable and there were 4 of us!, our bathroom was spacious, everything was beyond clean, the neighborhood was very nice as well, felt safe, easy walk to Vatican and/or Castel San Angelo, stores and restaurants nearby, great wifi and the proprietor Michelle is terrific too, very kind and helpful!
