This hotel is cute, location is excellent. The rooms are small but it’s an old building. They don’t have an elevator, but the staff was more than willing to assist with bringing my luggage up the stairs. Clean rooms and quiet. I’d stay here again.

It would be 5 stars except the room we were given was way smaller than the images we had when booking. Had the deluxe room (king) with the garden patio. We had roughly 2-3 feet of space to move around the bed. Other than that, people/location/vibe were great!!

This is in a great location close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. But for what you’re paying, it’s insane not to have a real shower. It’s just a “wet room” where there is a shower head and shower curtain but then the water goes everywhere. Prepare to have a soaking wet bathroom your entire stay. Cute hotel but would not book again.

It's cute, clean and the staff is very friendly. It has lots of cute nooks to hang in and games to play. However, do not expect any type of space in your room. It's tiny. Well designed, but teeny tiny. The bathroom is even tinier. Feels as though the entire bathroom is inside the shower. Interesting concept, but not very comfortable. Location is excellent.

We had a pleasant stay a the hotel riviera beach house The receptionist Tristan was calm a collect as we had a small issue with one of the rooms and he didn’t hesitate to adjust and comp us accordingly We go to this beautiful hotel every year for the 4th of July and it has nothing short then a special place for us. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be back next year

​We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riviera Beach hotel. The decor is incredibly cool and stylish, and the rooms—while on the smaller side, which is completely expected for a boutique property like this—were remarkably comfortable and well-appointed. ​The location couldn't be better. It was incredibly convenient to walk to numerous fantastic restaurants and take a scenic stroll over to Stearns Wharf. If you are looking for a cozy, character-filled spot in an unbeatable location, this is it!
