We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Prior to our arrival, we had already provided our flight number and informed the hotel that we would be checking in late at night. Despite this, we still received an email asking whether we would be checking in before 4 p.m., which was confusing given that the hotel already had our flight details. When we followed up by texting the hotel to clarify, they responded only once and then stopped replying altogether, both to our message and email.
In addition, the Wi-Fi signal in our room was extremely poor. After reporting this issue to the front desk, we were told that a router would be installed in our room while we were out. However, upon returning, nothing had been done, and we had to call again to chase for the promised installation.
Overall, the service we experienced was very disappointing.
