Ideally located in the heart of Zermatt, less than a 5-minute walk from the train station. 1-minute walk to the main shopping/restaurant street. I had a great three night stay. Very comfortable hotel in good location off Main Street and near train station. Has many amenities such as good breakfast, steam and sauna, and restaurant and bar just off lobby. I misplaced ID and credit card (thought they were lost) but housekeeping found and called me day I was leaving. Highly recommed.

Very convenient location as it is less than one block from the train station (no cars are allowed in Zermatt). Clean facilities and helpful guest services. Breakfast was great and free with a stay. Cheap beer at the bar which is unheard of in Switzerland. Balcony was nice but could be loud at times but overall Zermatt is a very quiet place.

Fantastic stay! If you are ever looking for somewhere to stay in Zermatt then this is the place! Very accessible but quiet, wonderful facilities including tea time every day and a great breakfast! We were on the 6th floor and we even had a view of the Matterhorn! Highly recommend!!
