Small Hotel located within a stone throw of everything you want to see in Hanoi. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble, from providing umbrellas, to packing breakfast if you were day-tripping early, to booking Grabs, and information and tours. Friendly, clean, reasonably-priced digs in Hanoi

This small hotel was our Hanoi home away from home, off and on, for 2 weeks. Excellent location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, just outside the main tourist section. Close to the lake, shops, and restaurants. Clean and quiet, with a nice breakfast. The staff was excellent - whether for booking tours, tickets, limousines and Grab rides, or re-arranging our scheduled stay - and after various excursions out of town we were welcomed back as old friends. Hanoi E Central is one of the reasons we'll carry fond memories of our visit to Viet Nam back home. Thanks to Lily and all the rest of the hotel staff!
