This was my second stay at the Hyatt Place and I can say that both times have been amazing stays. The rooms are always clean and cleaned when you need them to be. All staff from check in to dining, to the great young lady who turned my room every day! They were all so polite and professional and mad e my stay comfortable and memorable. I wish I could name all the staff but honestly they were just all amazing and very attentive. Great stay, amazing staff, and very much worth the stay.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. did everything they could to make my stay good. the big problem with this facility is the mold content. i am allergic to mold so i tried 5 different rooms and all had strong mold. they provided an air purifier which helped but i cannot stay there again because of the mold.

Excellent stay at this hotel! Staff is always polite, informative and professional!! Clean rooms and excellent turnover service. It’s right across the street from the Bumrungrad hospital which is so very convenient if you plan on taking care of any medical while you’re there. And it’s a hop skip and a tuk tuk ride from all the exciting action downtown! Excellent stay!

Rent och fräscht rum. Sköna sängar, soffan var dock inte skön att sova i. Borde varit någon bäddmadrass eller liknande. Frukosten var verkligen fantastisk med mycket att välja på. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Området direkt utanför hotellet var väl inte jätte trevligt, men nära till skytrain och tunnelbana. Bra läge.
