We truly loved the hotel. The bed linens and bath towels are absolutely five-star quality. The pool is beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel is pretty nice and clean and has good rooms plus a nice pool and bar on the 37th floor with more on the floors above. The reason I give 4 stars for staff is because a) my key card somehow got deactivated in the middle of my stay which was a bit inconvenient and b) I asked for a late check out ( 1 hr) but they declined with reasoning that good hotels typically dont give ( that the hotel was fully booked!) Overall, pretty good hotel and location.

The Staff is very friendly. Location is just great nearby the BTS station Asok. The rooms are not super big but nice. The only thing to complain is the noise from the street. We stayed in a Skyview room on 23rd floor and the windows are very poorly insulated. So be prepared to sleep with ear plugs ;-)
