The hotel is pretty nice and clean and has good rooms plus a nice pool and bar on the 37th floor with more on the floors above. The reason I give 4 stars for staff is because a) my key card somehow got deactivated in the middle of my stay which was a bit inconvenient and b) I asked for a late check out ( 1 hr) but they declined with reasoning that good hotels typically dont give ( that the hotel was fully booked!) Overall, pretty good hotel and location.

The room air conditioning was Constantine switching whilst in room. The lights didn’t worked for a period , called reception several to have a technician call to repay. Breakfast was not in usual location but on split rooms with little seating capacity. It required to carry your plate up a spiral staircase when at times was dangerous for the guest and anyone below. Not the usual level of standard for this hotel that have stayed many times. Happy to give one more go but would like to lift your standards
