No English speakers
Very empty hotel. It seems no other guests during our stay. The reception barely speak English. They can not arrange any taxi pickup or tour around the town.
At checkout, we were informed they only accept cash payment, even though the expedia receipt say payment collected by hotel. I checked my bank statement which is not charged, so we paid cash and get a hand written receipt.

extra hard bed, no Air conditioning
Stayed September 2015 for 4 nights. We had the hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep on, I have been in hundreds of hotel rooms but my bed was the first one I could not sleep on due to hardness. I asked to move rooms (hotel was almost empty) and I was told that all the beds in the hotel are as hard as the one I tried to sleep on. We added two blankets and two comforters under the sheet and it was almost acceptable. The Hotel was helpful providing the bedding needed to pillow top my rock hard mattress. My room had no window to the outside; window in room was into the hall and open dining area. No elevator. According to the Hotels.com booking ad the hotel has Air conditioning but it had none, not in any room so you may have to open your window. Since my window opened to interior of hotel and the hotel is not Air conditioned anywhere it may still be way to hot. Outside of hotel is a heavy use road so if you open a window to the outside the noise could be a problem. Road does get quiet after midnight.

New And Beautiful, But Staff Speaks No English
This hotel is new and beautiful. Breakfast is served (not a buffet) by appointment. The portable heater was helpful. The main problem with this hotel is that the staff speaks not one word of English ... they are not even familiar with basic hotel words like "water", "towel", "breakfast", and "toilet paper". Suggestions for hotel: include a safe in the room and invest in soundproofing or carpet and definitely invest in learning English.
