Fiquei apenas uma noite mas achei o hotel bem localizado, próximo a Dutra e ao Shopping Center Vale. Bom custo benefício para viagens rápidas.

Stayed in two different rooms. Rooms are minimal in furnishings and comfort. First room was clean; broken desk chair and burned out desk lamp were both replaced quickly when I asked. Second room bed smelled, shower full of mold and smelled, drinking glasses smelled, water in fridge was frozen. Staff friendly and helpful, but very minimal English. Restaurant breakfast very good, dinner below par.

The walls of the room are really thin. And the bathroom has a internal window so you can hear all that is going on in other bathrooms. I know, not good! There are some pros, though. For me parking the car myself, no valet, was good. I have stayed at the Mercure before and sometimes had to wait for 20 minutes or more for the car. Another big plus was that the windows open up. Contrary to the mercure where you are stuck with AC on closed windows. The bed was ok as well.
