We had a fabulous stay at Kayakapi Premium Caves! It exceeded our expectations! Location was perfect to explore all the key activities and sites of Cappadocia. The hotel itself was spectacular, situated on the side of a hill overlooking the valley. We had four rooms and each was designed uniquely with style. Beds, showers and amenities were great and the staff were exceptional - kind and responsive. We enjoyed lovely meals at the restaurant, and the spa and hamamm were beautiful. I strongly recommend the Ottoman massage (Turkish bath). We arranged transport and activities through the hotel, all of which were provided with a high level of professionalism, and the activities were very enjoyable. We especially appreciated the attention to detail evident throughout the property from the cleanliness of all areas to the amenities to the decor. We are just so happy we chose Kayakapi - it was key to our fantastic Cappadocia experience! A special thank you to Nihal, who was super helpful and responsive and assisted us in setting up everything before we arrived.

My 3 grownup kids and I would return to Cappadocia just to be able to experience the wonderful and beautiful Kayakapi hotel!!! If not for a miscommunication with one male staff, all the others were fabulous ! Special thank you to Duygu and the other female guest relations officer that checked us in ( sorry i can’t remember her name... ) . The price range is above my usual budget , but Kayakapi goes the extra mile to make your stay and amenities truly worth it ! Room space is amazing too ! I will miss the freshly squeezed unlimited orange juice in the breakfast buffet .

Our first experience of a cave hotel. It was warm and clean and very spacious. Easily accommodated the 3 of us. Beautiful location with panoramic views. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel and nice room. however, the service is mixed. At reception everyone is nice and professional. But at breakfast which runs till 10:30 is mixed. They are cleaning up at 10 --sometimes somethings were not available because they were too busy cleaning up rather than take care of people eating breakfast. If so tight to set up for lunch then should simply stop breakfast earlier so we know. Also, 2 mornings I was awaken by people talking very loudly outside our room. Went outside and saw that it was the cleaning staff talking and laughing. Understand that cleaning has to be done, but staff should be courteous of other guests, especially at 8 am. These service issues can be easily corrected and if they do then Kayakapi Cave is 5 stars. If not, it is 3.5 stars.

the bed was too small for 2 people, they moved us to another room but that room didn't have a shower (just a bathtub)

Pretty excellent for a cave style hotel. Had all the extras minus an iron. The staff were fast at everything. The cave style does feel quite unique (with luxury) and the service was fantastic. My tips are to keep an eye on the temperature outdoors and that there is a free drop off service to the middle of Ürgüp(not a pickup).
