Good Location. Walking distance to the Dome
Very nice accommodations. The reception desk was not very friendly. Being an English speaker, I was not able to get an answer to my question. I should have used my translator on my phone.

Ok if you are not demanding
The bed and the pillows are just too uncomfortable. I could not sleep well at all nights. The location is quite convenient for shopping and transport but it also means too many restaurants and people on the street even at late night. The room is too warm with the air conditioning. But it was extremely noisy if if you have the window open just for a little bit cool and fresh air in which makes it unbearable for sleep. T water supply pressure is not too stable too.

Nice business hotel in a good part of Hiroshima. Near Atomic Dome so you ca walk but also next to a lot of night life.good size room with 2 twins and pullout sleeper for 15 yr old. Full batroom with separate toilet and seperate bathing wit deep tub to soak in after scrubbing. Not quite an onsen but happy to have. Breakfast buffet includes classic of Japanese hotels and enough western food forbthise homesick. Glad we found this one

Small rooms
As per most posts the best thing about this hotel is it’s location close to shops, restaurants and the Peace Park. The hotel itself was disappointing compared to others I’ve stayed in at comparable/cheaper prices. We booked a twin room and it was small, no storage space and barely enough room for the twin beds, which were hard and only one pillow. There was a working fridge but no room to unpack luggage or room for tea or coffee making facilities (not that it’s essential but for the price I’ve stayed in much better hotels with more space and amenities). Rooms were dark and not very inviting. I can’t comment on breakfast as we chose not to pay for it. Staff as always were helpful and hotel was clean.

Great location, close to everything plus is near the bus that comes from the train station. Would recommend it.

Fine hotel - nothing more, nothing less.
We visited Hiroshima for one night - the Hiroshima Washington Hotel was our landing spot for the evening. We didn't spend a ton of time in the hotel, but it was clean and seemed modern enough. The room was pretty tiny but that's what I've come to expect in my travels through Japan. Overall, my experience here was fine. Nothing more. PRO TIP: Some advice to hotel management. Don't have water bottles be a premium service. Everywhere throughout our stay in Japan, every hotel provided water. This one did not. Even when we noticed a massive basket of water bottles behind reception, we were told we could not have it. Very strange. Such an easy thing to get right - so maybe provide water for all your guests, or perhaps the ones who are thirsty enough to ask for some.
