The experience was so bad especially according to the amount we have paid for two nights. There was poor WiFi connection, the bed was awful (we were 3 person 1 kid, 2 adults) which was mentioned at the time of booking but there was only one and a half square bed and they gave us a single bed without side handles for the kid of 3 years. The staff was a bit rude.

No AC

Booked this hotel as it was indicated as "VIP" offer on hotels.com. The hotel itself was not bad and clean. Only downsides were: a) no AC so it was steaming hot in the room even with windows opened and plug in fan turned on; b) as hotels.com "VIP", free breakfast was only offered for the one person who made the booking. I just told my spouse to eat elsewhere instead of paying 20 CHF for additional breakfast. Breakfast food was only average anyway.

시설도 괜찮고 위치도 중앙역에서 좀 떨어져 있지만 트램, 버스, 기차로 이동하지 나쁘지 않습니다. 스탭들도 친절하고 조식도 간단하지만 괜찮습니다. 다만 에어컨이 없어서 여름휴가 시즌에는 비추천입니다. 이틀동안 밤에 너무 힘들었습니다. ㅜㅡ
