We circled round the place twice in order to find it. there was no curb appeal. Parking was not easily identified. There is no front office, we came in and had to ask Restaurant staff where the hotel was, we were directed to "small office to the back of pool"
In our booking we paid for bed and breakfast however we still had to pay for breakfast! Not ideal!!
Room was satisfactory..
Upon entry no welcome drink or cold towel! Not even a bottle of water in fridge in room! A coffee maker present in room but no coffee in sight for making.
Hotel can get great reviews if it does the following!
1. Make the check in lively! FIRST IMPRESSION IS A LASTING IMPRESSION!
2. Provide basic amenities in room for check in, example coffee, tea bags, water, sugar. Guests can replenish on their own there after but on the first day if given guests can see a start!
