They cancelled our reservation less than 24 hours in advance via an email we did not see because we were driving through the countryside. Their reason was that they were remodeling. They didnt know that were going to be remodeling sooner than one day in advance?? Give me a break! Add that to the fact that they referred us to another hotel which cost 40 Euro less but we were billed the higher price!! Can you believe it? Still working with Hotels.com to work out the monetary discrepancy.Might be a high class hotel but certainly a low class management!!
