So much for not much

I realize by Oslo standards, this is a budget property, last 2012 at the tall one. Thought facilities ok, McDonald's adjacent. Staff seemed oddly distracted, odd since no one there except tour groups. Breakfast can only recommend eggs and beans 250k.

Staff were very unhelpful at the reception, we have booked a room with a double bed and were given a room with two single beds. The air con in the room was very noisy so they offered to change the room for us to another one with two single beds, however they did offer us an upgrade to a premium room at a discount which we took. No toothbrushes in the room either.

Forferdelig sur service ved ankomst. Veldig unge ansatte jenter i resepsjon. Lite tydet på god opplæring. Følte meg lite velkommen. Skitne tepper og stoler på rommet med svære flekker. Vanskelig å finne inngang fra metro. Dårlig skiltet hvor inngangen er. Meget gode senger. Fantastisk opplevelse. Pent rom - flott renhold utover det jeg poengterer. Løsningen med digital dørlås fra garasjen til heisene fungerer svært dårlig. Jeg endte med å måtte gå ut bilutkjøringen til fots, og rundt til resepsjonen. Tungvint og tidkrevende om man har bagasje. Dette må det være mulig å løse mye enklere?!
