Disappointed!
We were not welcomed as one would expect; to point us in right direction for valet parking as we arrived. The reception staff was polite though! Hotel room totally disappointing. I have pictures of ripped wall paper, scratched paint on doors and bathroom cabinet. We got 5th floor with a huge tree outside the window even though we had booked months in advance. Looked unkempt / needed a refreshed look. Totally disappointed with the room. We could only connect 2 devices to WIFI; after paying for 3 in the room (I actually paid hundreds extra for 3 nights for an extra person in the room). I personally felt a little bit closed off with low roof with perpetually dim sky overhanging in Paris, but could be a personal preference.

Hidden cost of Resort Fee (use of internet + gym) should be optional and not compulsory and clearly displayed. We had breakfast included as part of our package but there was a queue each morning, they need to use the outside window as well to speed things up, this can't be a new problem and needs to be addressed.

Poor 2.0
Expect better this is not a budget hotel
We are very seasoned travelers and have never struck anything like the service at this hotel except for the concierge. Meet with rudeness every where. First day at the pool took a drink which I had bought at the hotel and was told i couldn't come in. Only have drinks that they sell at the pool, the next day when I arrived they asked to search my bag.Keys didn't work, my husband was locked out but they insisted on ID before issuing another and all his Id was in our room. Sent security up to let him in and to Check his passport, . He wouldn't leave a key, I returned and my Key didn't work either. Phoned to ask for them to send replacement keys up but they refused. Seem to think it was our fault they failed to work. Breakfast is a joke. Get a voucher for $9 each and that's to include a drink. Very rude staff. First day go to breakfast with our vouchers and wouldn't serve us as we didn't have ID with us. It would have been helpful if we had been told to take ID with us when we checked in.This is not a budget hotel!!! Expect better

Poor 2.0
The not fantastic experience at Paris Las Vegas
I pay for a resort fee but was not able to access any of the services. The pool was full and even after trying to get a spot multiple times I decided to give up. When I made my reservation, it listed that It included some free credit for food/beverage which I never got. I tried to contact multiple times front desk from the room and left on waiting for minutes without success. While the room is Ok, the overall service experience was pretty disappointing.

Poor 2.0
Awful
From failure to respond to messages, a horrific checkin process, a $50 resort fee that covers "wifi for 2 devices, gym access, and free local calls" (all standard inclusions at any normal hotel), the rude staff, uncomfortable bed, to the lack of warm water in the room, and on and on, this was the worst hotel experience I have had. When I checked out, the people in front of me and behind me also had terrible experiences. Stay as far from this one as you can!

Very little customer service. Tell you to check in via kiosk but do not offer to help you. Saw hardly no employees working on the floors.

Definitely a beautiful hotel to stay in.
As most people I was concerned with covid but the hotel was great. Sanitizing everything and social distancing. Doing everything they could to make everyone feel safe. Staff was all nice and my only complaint was the noisy neighbors and not everything being opened. Noisy neighbors are a problem all the time. Places not being open was because of covid and I’m sure they did what they could.

Not To Clean and Smelled
The room was very nice, the shower was gorgeous and spacious, the TV was nice and big, the beds were very comfortable, but the room smelled old, stuffy and a little like cigarettes even while the air was on. The bathroom smelled like sewage/urine and it was not cleaned good at all. The mirrors were dirty, the nightstand was dirty, there was food crumbs on the window sill.

Amazing...guest compliance with masking and accessible to sanitizer.
