Excellent customer service from all staff. I’ve stayed in most resorts/hotels in Samoa and this is the best resort so far. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the surroundings are clean and beautiful; the food is delicious (my favourite is the oka/raw fish), and the feel of the place is very peaceful and spiritually protected.

Return to Paradise is just that! The location is stunning with views wherever you look. It is worth paying extra for a beach view. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff-unfailingly friendly and helpful, they take the trouble to get to know you personally. The cultural show is a must! After nearly three years of lockdown, some surface decoration wouldn’t go amiss but this is a very minor negative. Take some insect repellant! The mossies will get you if they like you! It was one of our best holidays ever! Truly relaxing! Not advisable for anyone wanting shopping or local restaurants. Would we go again?- in a heartbeat!

Amazing staff, excellent service, Fiafia night is a must it’s so good, picturesque resort, very clean, well maintained, spacious rooms, fun pools, if you can stay on the beach it’s so worth it, stunning views and rocks pools for the kids to swim in. Wifi is sketchy, couldn’t really use it at all, prepare for cold showers but it’s so hot you’ll like it, bring your own shampoo etc,& coffee/tea. The free breakfasts are lovely. It’s worth getting a car rental to go & see Samoa, get groceries etc. Half hour ride from the airport, shuttles provided but expensive. We toured around a lot & this place definitely looked like the best place to stay!

Paradise is the word...
Wake up to the sound of the waves from the fantastic beach the runs all along the resort. Take refreshing dips in the many pools available. Free Breakfast full of fresh fruit or pick something from the menu. Fantastic entertainment with award winning house band and award winning live entertainment dancing group. Learn about how the resort was built from hard working locals with a dream to provide paradise to anyone who stays here. The rooms are very spacious with beautiful Samoan prints on the walls and bedspreads. Daily housekeeping so its like a new room every time you come in from a day at the water. Kayaks and watertoys available with plenty of tours you can book. Easy access to shuttles to the town centre or the local supermarket to grab a few bits. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful whenever you have a question.
