Location excellent. Room had a missing ceiling light that was covered up with masking tape,few stains to the wall by the kettle. Breakfast was excellent. Parking left a lot to be desired but apart from access issue it was nice to have somewhere to park. We have visiting Llandudno every year for the past 10 years,if your new to the town then you won't be disappointed,personally we won't be using this hotel again.

The hotel is dog friendly and across the road from the promenade and the beach. The Hotel has a small bar and seating area in side and outside.The self service buffet breakfast in the morning is excellent having cooked and cold breakfast choices. Our room was small and compact clean and tidy with tea, coffee and hot chocolate as well as water.

The hotel was spotless, everything looked brand new. The power in the shower was not brilliant as other people were probably using it at the same time. But had a very good sleep. The room was just right for us very clean almost new. The breakfast was excellent even though we were vegetarian there was a variety of food, was hot also keep it up don't change the way it's run keep it clean.
