Great accommodation, comfortable bedding, good AC, good shower, right next to the Vatican City and a metro station. Minor complaint the check-in is self service like an Airbnb which I wasn’t expecting and the door unlock instructions weren’t the clearest or made aware to me beforehand, once I figured it out though it works well and is very safe.

The room was small but clean. Two twin beds and a double bed was perfect for a family of 4. However, there's no cup provided in the room. There's a small closet with only one hanger. The location is very convenient, only 2 minutes from the subway station and Vatican.

3 stars as it was just average! The hotel was very accessible by metro which was very convenient. Be warned that you MUST have internet/data/a charge on your phone to enter the building/apartment/room. They do not use actual keys/key cards. For some this could be a problem if you are alone and your phone dies. I also never met a person on the staff - they communicated by WhatsApp only.

Our room worked well for our needs. When we arrived the reception was informative, helpful and warm. Beds were clean and okay, there was a little fridge, an electric kettle, an air conditioning machine, a toilet&shower in our room to use WiFi connection. Noise from the streets didn't disturp us because a closed window silenced it a lot. We also felt very safe there. Nearby were many shops, restaurants and a metro station. Though we could have hoped more counter space such as shelves and clothes hangers we managed. Also in the shower there were some parts little bit off their place (a shower curtain/wall and a shower head holder), but that didn't block us taking a shower.

The room was very outdated and quite honestly in rough condition. The wooden bed boards would fall out just by sitting on the bed. The bathroom was insanely small and didn’t even have a proper door (it was like a sliding closet door.) There is no daily cleaning like other hotels and instead you have to pay €30 if you want your room cleaned. The only good thing about this hotel was its location right above to Ottaviano metro station. I will say the owner of the “hotel” was a very nice man but the rooms are not up to par.

8/10 stars! Great customer service from Pasquale and Francesca. He met us at the hotel upon our arrival and oriented us with stuff we need to know. The Hotel, room and building has special locks to get in, that can only be accessed thru an online portal. Room and Bathroom is small but clean, with hair dryer, toiletries, ref, closet, and utensils. It is walking distance from Octavio train station, Sit Bus stop (transportation to FCO Airport), pizza, coffee shops, halal food, groceries and Vatican City. My only complaint is the dividing walls between bedrooms are thin so we can hear everything that is happening on the other side of the wall. Everything :) But other than that, I recommend this hotel for its GREAT LOCATION!

La atencion es extraordinaria, ubicacion muy buena. Facil el acceso al edificio. Pero la habitación 4 , cama incomoda , regadera tapada, se zafo de la pared la regadera. Pasquele e Francesca nos receberam bem, foram super simpaticos. O apartamento nao era o melhor do mundo, mas atendeu MUITO BEM as nossas necessidades. Metrô na porta, 10 minutos a pé da Basilica de Sao Pedro e com otimos restaurantes proximos, incluindo Mc Donalds. O local era silencioso. Wifi de qualidade. Voltaria com certeza. É o lugar perfeito para quem só quer um lugar para dormir, ja que vai passar o dia todo fora.
