Azan, solat jemaah with the hotel permanent imam, you are on a vacation yet still able to experience syariah compliance life in the hotel compound. Convenience for family traveller with small children.The management may improve on the water pressure in the villa(room 403). Overall its a nice place to stay at.

Very outdated and terrible condition. The room smelt like a house that has been abandoned for a very long time once you enter the door. The door lock was broken. Shower head was missing. The armchair was sticky. Very dissapointed with place. If the price ws low and I found it in that condition, I would uneerstand. Ps: Najis cicak pun ada atas meja Tv 🙄

Nice hotel
Nice peaceful location, stayed as local for the firefly experience and other attractions. Nice clean room, really comfy beds, quite expensive though and the breakfast had very little choice. Swimming pool too small for the amount of chalets but we only stayed one night so it didn’t matter not to swim.

À notre arrivée, on nous a attribué une chambre avec lits séparés alors que nous avions réservé un lit double, parce que l'hôtel était complet. Devant notre insistance, on nous a finalement attribué une "suite familiale" avec 2 queen size bed. L'état de cette chambre était dégoûtant, vétuste, moquette sale et pire que tout, urine sur la cuvette des toilettes qui n'avait pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps. Le personnel est jeune et gentil mais ne parle pas anglais. Mauvaise expérience.

Nice getaway
All are good for a short trip. Room is nice and complete with basic stuff like air-conditioning, and hot water. Decent pool for kids to play. Breakfast is just ok. Receptionist was slow or the procedure rather lengthy for one, and she entertained the extra request by the team building organizer. Some other hotel guest trying to cut queue to checkin (rude, I know you all are attending some team building event, but please queue up), Luckily, the receptionist didn't entertain him, else will ruin my whole perception towards this hotel.

Was here for the anniversary trip for me and husband. Everything is ok until we get our room. Used bedsheets were outside every room when we cheked in. Having said that, the room is ok, nice and cozy. However when I opened the toilet, it smelled like pee. When i lift the toilet cover, true enough the toilet wasn’t flush! So I had to flush it off and wash the whole toilet with shower gel to get freshier smell. Then since we were hungry, we head to the cafe Rumbia cafe. There was a reunion event held on one side of the cafe. We were unattended and I have to look for the staff myself. Staff wasn’t familiar with the menu at all. He wasn’t even aware of what’s available on that day. Halfway through our lunch, staff were joking about a candle light event that will be held later that night. I find this rude enough because it is my event to surprise my husband! Even ruder when one of them asked “who will be in charge of tonight’s candle light dinner?” The other replied “ they should be in charge of themself, they want the event outside, if it rains, its gonna get wet!”. And I was there the whole time and heard all that! So rude of them! Nevertheless, candlelight dinner went well. The staff that serve us for the dinner (forgot his name) was kind and good.

Rooms size just nice to fit for our family trip but the Aircond need maintenance as it’s super hot when we checked in to the room at noon (after sunset the temperature in the rooms are better). And, Swimming pool seems like no clean up as the pool is full of leafs.
