Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Liked that there was a restaurant next door to hotel and also gave a discount for hotel guests.

Arrived at this hotel with no one to be seen. I was greeted by a security guard who advised me the hotel was permanently closed, however my reservation was never cancelled. Don’t book this hotel!!

Aircon is not working. It’s warm in summer. Opening the window is not a solution as it is next to a highway. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Notre vol arrivait Ă  minuit j’avais appellĂ© pour ĂȘtre certaine qu’on pourrait nous accueillir vers 1h. Mais le jour J portail fermĂ© personne ne rĂ©pond ni a l’interphone ni au tĂ©lĂ©phone. Nous avons dĂ» dormir sur un parking d’autoroute avec nos deux filles de 3 et 6 ans. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet Ă©tablissement. Aucun professionnalisme et surtout injoignable j’avais dĂ©jĂ  eu beaucoup de difficultĂ©s Ă  les joindre.

Tout s’est trĂšs bien passĂ© accueil et chambre. Par contre le petit dĂ©jeuner c’était juste pas de couvert plus de tasse. Le rechargement ne se faisait pas donc il a fallu quĂ©mander et il Ă©tait 9h20 loin des 10h de fin
 donc c’est un point Ă  amĂ©liorer. Pour le reste je recommande cet hĂŽtel

Le rĂ©ceptionniste me donne la carte et le numero de chambre, en arrivant j’ouvre la porte et il y a dĂ©jĂ  un couple dans la chambre. On me redonne une autre carte et un autre numĂ©ro de chambre, je m’installe, et quelques minutes aprĂšs un autre client rentre dans ma chambre
 Comment est-ce possible ? C’est inadmissible ! HĂŽtel trĂšs bruyant au bord de la rocade. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est servi de 7h Ă  10h, quand on arrive Ă  8h30 les 3/4 des chaises sont dĂ©jĂ  sur les tables.. welcome !
