Excellent walkable location
Place is very conveniently located to both the Buquebus ferry terminal and the old town. Less than a 10 minute walk to each. They honoured my room request to be on a higher floor and the included breakfast was simple but nice (hard boiled eggs, croissants, toast, jam/marmelade/dulce de leche, slices of ham and cheese, orange juice, coffee with hot milk, sliced canned peaches, cereal and milk). The air conditioning worked well in the room and no major issues with the wifi.

The receptionist who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. Large room. Good quality toiletries. Very good location close to all main attractions, bus and ferry. Some staff were not very approachable. Sheets were washed but could look cleaner, as could the room curtains. Water kept turning off on two days of the stay. Breakfast was simple, but included in the price; however, the quantity was the same for single people as couples, meaning sharing three pieces of meat and croissants. No spaces to put luggage, except the floor.

A pousada é muito boa. Ficamos somente duas noites, mas adoramos. A localização é excelente, bem perto de onde chega o barco e próximo da rodoviária. O atendimento também é ótimo, todas muito simpáticas. O local é simples, mas atende às necessidades. Café da manhã com o básico e gostoso. Somente o Wi-Fi poderia ter sido melhor. Na recepção é bom, mas no quarto não funcionou direito. A água pode parar de funcionar, mas é só chamar alguma funcionária que resolvem em segundos.

O atendimento foi muito ruim, feito com má vontade e parecendo que estava prestando um favor. Colocou no último andar e não ajudou a subir a escada com as malas. O quarto não tinha toalhas e sabonete. O piso do quarto estava molhado. O café da manhã era extremamente simples, a pousada não possui fogão para fazer ovos e outros itens.
