Nice clean and spacious room, The location is great to walk to the art center, and lots of nearby historical spots. Their room is very clean and the bed is firm enough. However, there is no working desk inside the room, and no offer of a self served laundry room for long-term travellers. The breakfast buffet isvery high quality. .

Fancy place in Tainan
I stayed here with my mother and 2 children for one night. The check in process was easy and staff was very friendly. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. Multiple coffee shops and 7-11 store within 5 minute walk from the hotel and there a free shuttle to the High Speed Rail around the corner. Overall, an excellent hotel!

Lovely hotel, large and well appointed rooms
Lovely large and quiet room, also a big bathroom, Nespresso machine in room, seating bench at window, and small dining table too. TV doesn’t have Netflix but one can stream to it. Gym is lacking reasonable weights and equipment for a 5 star hotel (should be better), but we went to the awesome World Gym a few hundred metres away, cost NTD650 per daily session.
