We loved our room and the extra comfy beds! It was great to have the pool, hot tub and free laundry (although maybe it was only free due to the hotel being under construction). The location was perfect for going to Glacier and into downtown Whitefish. Excited to visit again after the remodel is completed.

Enjoyable stay

We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay here. They are in the process of renovating but that didn’t interfere with our stay. Conveniently located near downtown and within walking distance. We did not use much of the amenities but they have kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes on site for guests to use. Breakfast was good; we would have like more choices for beverages (e.g. juice). Can’t wait for their bar area to open!

Positives: The hotel was reasonably priced, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Moreover, every employee that I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Really would of been nice to know that the whole place is under construction! For what i paid to stay here and no lobby to sit in, pool area was destroyed, breakfast room was shoved into a room, hallways were being painted so i had to maneuver around everything. Good breakfast, excellent location, comfortable beds. Would have liked to have a heads up about the painting/renovations. Cleanliness was notably down because of that. Would have liked a discount for hearing painter’s music at pre-8AM hours and being in a construction zone for the whole 6-day stay.

Good thing this is being renovated.

So, there were cherrios on yhe floor of our room, and the hot tub was very very dirty. It was not cleaned in the 3 nights, 4 days we were there. Dont bother paying more for a river view, its really just a road view. So much npise in the hallways. And we were leaving as the cleaning crew was cleaning. We removed the do not disturb sign, but they didnt clean our room. Really expensive for what it is.
