Good Hotel
We stayed here in March and the hotel + all of aiya napa was a ghost town. Many restaurants, shops etc are closed all day, everyday. The hotel was clean, quiet and peaceful but not much to do other than lay by the pool. I think this hotel would be great in the summer. Unfortunately our experience in Aiya Napa as a whole was not what we expected. It’s our fault for not researching the time of year properly.

Partial Sea View
We booked a sea view room but you could not see the sea until you walked to the end of the room and full sea view was only possible from the edge of the balcony due to an obscuring wall. There were no other rooms available unless we paid a lot extra for an executive suite. The room should be described as partial sea view and charged accordingly. Avoid rooms 222, 322, 422 and 522.

Bra frukostbuffé, omelettkock och gott nybakt bröd. Fin strand i närheten, hamnen med utflyktsbåtar utanför dörren. Fin pool men ej särskilt uppvärmd sent på säsongen. Havsutsikten från rummet fantastisk, vi hade två balkonger, en med solsängar. Lite musik från restauranger men tyst efter 23. Skulle bo där igen.

Inte valuta för pengarna, mer som tre stjärnigt
Detta är mer som ett tre stjärnigt hotell, ett charter hotell där gästerna reserverar solstolar tidigt på morgonen (som dessutom står tomma stora delar av dagen). Vi fick inte rummet vi bokat utan de nedgraderade oss och gav ett sämre rum utan att kompensera! ”Panoramic seaview” och stor balkong - i verkligheten skymdes halva utsikten av en vägg och balkongen va inte ens hälften så stor som i beskrivningen dessutom va även rummet mindre till ytan än vad som uppges på hemsidan. Handdukarna på rummet va utnötta och poolhanddukarna hade en unken lukt (som även någon tidigare påpekat). Såg dessutom några silverfiskar i rummet, i övrigt fräscht. Frukosten va ok men dryckesvalen var urusla (dåligt kaffe och odrickbar juice av låg kvalité). För de med halvpension såg buffen trist ut och serverades i samma del som frukosten vilket va skramlig miljö (som skolmatsal). De övriga faciliteterna med bar och restauranger var däremot av bätte kvalité och enda stället på Cypern med riktigt trevlig och duktig personal! Marina i receptionen va dock väldigt trevlig även om hon va oförmögen att göra något åt att vi fått ett rum som inte matchade med vad vi betalat för. Hade vi fått rätt rum hade upplevelse kanske varit annorlunda, betalar man extra för något så förväntar man sig även att få det… Sammanfattningsvis för det vi betalade motsvarade hotellet inte förväntningarna, då finns det bättre alternativ att välja istället.

Sehr mangelhafter Service
Der Zimmerservice ist unter aller Sau!! In einem Zimmer am Tag der Anreise war kein Strom!! Konnte erst am nächsten Tag behoben werden! Der Tresor stand offen und das Schloß war ausgefahren! Er funktionierte nicht! Es fand keine Kontrolle der Mitarbeiter nach Abreise der letzten Gäste statt!! Eine Tür war auch noch defekt! 2. Zimmer: Der Fussboden wurde nicht richtig gereinigt! Der Tisch wurde nicht abgewischt, Gläser wurden nicht gesäuber oder weggebracht in das Restaurant! Im Bad wurde der Abfall in der Dusche gelassen und das Duschgel nicht nachgefüllt! Gläser wurden nicht gereinigt im Bad! Trinkwasser wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Die Rezeption sage uns, das wir das Wasser an der Bar bekommen. Nur der Barkeeper wuste von nix!! Wir sollten es bezahlen!!! Weiterhin waren am Pool ab 06:00 Uhr fast alle Liegen mit Handtüchern belegt und weit und breit niemand da!!! Ich kenne das von Hotels in der ganzen Welt schon lange nicht mehr. Da wird durchgegangen und die Handtücher nach 15 Minuten entfernt!!! Das sind aber alles 4 Sterne höher bewertete Hotels! Dieses Hotel soll ja 4 !! Sterne haben. Das Management ist hier völlig überfordert!!! Hoffentlich wird es bald ausgetauscht!!! Im übrigen habe ich natürlich Fotos gemacht!
