The staff were excellent. Restaurant was great. But, No provision to make a coffee in the room or on the premises was annoying as it was very difficult to find anything open in the village to get a coffee. Shower head was stable and water flooded the floor. Also, most of the people in the hotel were elderly and getting over a steep bath to have a shower is a health hazard.

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! They were so accommodating. They helped us warming up our food. Very responsive and polite. We came for one night and ended up staying 3 nights since it was such great service. The hotel is quaint. It’s an older hotel but they have done a great job of keeping it up. We loved seeing the town and surrounding areas and would definitely visit again.

Très bel endroit, parfait, très bien agencé et équipé, très bien décoré (pas seulement pour Noël), très propre et respectueux de l'environnement. Le personnel est très professionnel, chaleureux et accueillant. L'établissement porte le projet (très réussi) de concilier le passé, le présent et le futur ainsi que la défense des produits locaux et de la région. C'est le meilleur établissement que j'ai pu fréquenter en France depuis bien longtemps. En plus il est très bien situé dans une charmante ville de la route des vins (au milieu des vignobles) et à une petite dizaine de kilomètres de Colmar (grande route pour y accéder) et de ses marchés de Noël.
