This is a great, spacious hotel, so convenient in the Chiba Train Station complex! And what a great breakfast buffet. So many choices - especially Japanese food. Very clean. Helpful staff both in Japanese and English.

Professional and friendly staff. Stayed one night before my flight at NRT airport the next day. I had breakfast included. I showed up 25 minutes before the breakfast buffet closed, and it looked like they were already getting things done for the morning. They were able to accommodate me even when I forgot my breakfast pass in my room, one of the staff members asked for my room number instead.

Basic but super convenient
This hotel is right over the Chiba Train Station. The rooms are small, clean, and quiet, and the staff is friendly. A very basic hotel but perfect for connections around the Chiba area including at the University. About five minutes from the lobby to onboard a train. Price is good too.

Great Location
It's right next to the West Exit at Chiba Station. Very easy to access and the room was clean. My room was facing to the railroad, but the noise did not disturb me at all. There are good restaurants and stores around the station. It's only 45 mins to Narita Airport even if you take a local train. Great staff and service!! You can pick up any amenities at the lobby (and they have a variety), but no drinking water provided in the room.

This hotel is about a 2 minute walk to Chiba station. If you get off on the 2 floor it’s easy access to one of the ticket gates. You don’t even have to go outside. The staff were super friendly and I was able to check-in early. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. They offered soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Also, they offer more amenities at the front desk. There are tons of dining options and 711 if you want something cheap and fast just down the street. I added the breakfast option and was not disappointed. It is an Asian breakfast with veggies, fish, soup, rice, and they offered various bread. They also had a nice drink selection. I would totally recommend staying here!
