A nice stay

Office personnel were very helpful. Hot Breakfast was very good: eggs, sausage and potatoes. Also yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins, waffle maker, juice and coffee. The room was clean and updated.

I booked a room with a king bed but because I took my service dog with me I was forced to stay in a pet friendly room with two queens. If I had know that was the policy or had the ability to enter the information that I was bringing a service dog I most likely not booked if the only option was a queen bed.

Scary place

I left this property. Desk clerk kept calling people on his cell phone. Wanted to come to my room with paperwork to sign for check in. Stated this was because of my wait. He called someone then gave me room key. Hardly any guest there. Room door was outside in rear and not well lit.

The room was fine and bed was comfy. Not happy with being given a room right beside 2 rooms of teenagers that were clearly there to party. Judging by half empty parking lot I am sure we could of been placed at the other end of building our even on other side. I'm sure this isn't the first time they have had a group of rowdy individuals rent rooms, which I don't have an issue with, but don't stick older people in with them. That's just common sense.

Rooms show some age. 1st room was not cleaned. Was relocated promptly. Bed was comfortable. TV worked. Fridge worked. Bathtub had hair in it. Door lock sometimes worked and sometimes did not. Had to be careful. Lot of ice in front of the door due to storm drain dumping on sidewalk and not the parking lot.

They lied about fees amount. Booking info was $15 per pet and they charged me $30 for 1 night. Explained by “it gone up but we forgot to change online” Front seat lady were really nice about everything. Room was pretty and spacious but toilet wasn’t cleaned. Pee stains and curly hair everywhere. Sheets were not clean. Also hair on it and some dirt. I requested clean sheets and changed it myself. Wouldn’t stay there again just because they lied about price!

Budget hotel with cleanness issues

The location is very good, close to almost everything: gas stations, restaurants, Walmart etc.. The staff is very friendly. However, the cleanness is problematic: two towels have yellow stains, and the mesh back of the chair filled with something unknown.
