Great for a short break or as pit stop when travelling north or south, which was our experience. The prix fixe set dinner menu was a wonderful tasting experience from a very talented young chef. I have seen some moans about this 'no choice' set up, but we were invited to register dietary needs and allergies in advance if this was an issue, so any needs would have been accommodated. We likened it to attending a dinner party at friends or a tasting menu in a high end restaurant, you just eat what you are given! We did and loved every mouthful. Can't wait for the chef to produce a cook book so we can try some of his ideas at home. The spa was perfectly adequate and a nice feature for what is really a high end B&B, (breakfast is at extra cost, so really it's a B+B), although we didn't try any treatments, the amenity with sauna, steam room (they call it a hammam, as is their way in France), and a relaxation area for 4 people was a welcome way to relax before dinner after a 7 hour drive.
