Staff is very friendly. We felt welcome as soon as we walked into the hotel. Room is nice and clean. Only downside is that you can hear the toilet flushing and shower running from neighboring rooms. Great location with plenty of food options. Walking distance to the beach.

Decent hotel in a good area. Could be improved.
The hotel is a little bit run down. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. Selection for dinner was a bit fast food-ish. The room - well, the beds are not much more than a piece of plywood with a sheet. Super hard and uncomfortable. My body was aching all week. Other than that, it is clean and the bathrooms are nice. Close to Copacabana Beach and we felt safe in the area.

El hotel está muy viejo con malas camas. Hemos estado 3 noches en una habitación con un olor horrible a orina. El señor de la recepción al hacer el check-in ya nos dijo que el dia siguiente pidamos otra. El dia siguiente al pedir el cambio nos han dicho que todo el mundo pide cambios y que no hay habitaciones libres. El tercer dia al quejarnos de nuevo querian cambiarnos pero como nos ibamos de excursión todo el dia no se podía hacer nada. Tres noches hemos soportado el hedor. Las toallas son muy viejas y grises. El Wi-Fi lleva tres dias funcionando a ratos. Hemos conseguido que nos den otra habitación ya que teníamos una reserva de siete noches. Este hotel no tiene nada de 4 estrellas. La puerta de la habitación de ahora hace un ruido como en las películas de miedo.

Mucho ruido
El personal del hotel muy amable. Lamentablemente un hotel 0 insonorizado, se escuchan todos los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas y de las zonas comunes. Toda la planta sabe cuando alguien va al baño, porque las cisternas ajenas se escuchan como si fuese la tuya. En un hotel de 4 estrellas el silencio para el descanso tendría que ser obligatorio.

Hotel correcto relación calidad/precio
Es un 4 estrellas que está en proceso de mejora al tener habitaciones anticuadas, al menos en el piso 11. Todo está correcto por el precio no he que pagamos. El desayuno también correcto aunque podrian tener e informar que disponen de mayor variedad de leches, como avena, sin lactosa. Personal agradable si les preguntas, pero debes preguntar y exponer tus necesidades. La zona de la piscina en la terraza, en nuestra opinión debe tener mayor manteniendo del agua y renovar mobiliario. Piscina pequeña al estar en terraza. Colchones la primera impresión es que son duros, aunque descansamos bien en ellos.
