Caring staff
The hotel was great and the staff wonderful and helpful. They even made delicious vegan pancakes for me when they heard that I don't eat animal products. They also lete have a shower after check out before going on the overnight train to France My room was a little noisy but nice. I would definitely recommend to stay here. But I would ask for a quieter room.

Perfect stay
We stopped off in Lisbon for a layover. With very little time to do all we wanted. But we were greeted and made very welcome by a wonderful lady ( she was half Irish) and asked what our plans was and preceded to show us maps and gave advice on where to go and what to do, and as a result of her advice we had the most amazing time in Lisbon. Sorry I cannot remember her name, but big thank you to her and Largo de Se for helping create a memorable night in Lisbon.

Amazing service
The studio suite with kitchenette is a practical if bare-bones apartment-style accommodation right in downtown Lisbon across from the cathedral. There are nice little decorative touches to add character. Service was really above and beyond, though. It was our first time travelling abroad with our baby son, and all of the staff bent over backwards to help us. Carrying our heavy luggage and stroller down narrow hallways, switching our room free of charge so that there would be more space for the crib, calling their family members to help us when our son got sick, and coming back in to help us call a taxi and move our luggage out even after their shifts had ended for the day. We couldn't have asked for better, more personalized, or attentive service.

Great hotel!
My husband and I loved this hotel!! It was in a perfect location, very clean, awesome breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Theresa went out of her way to welcome us and make us feel at home. She gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Lisbon.

Great location, friendly staff
First time visiting Lisbon. On my arrival at the hotel, the reception was very good and positive. The lady welcomed me and processed my booking with ease. The Sitting area was clean so as the dinning area where breakfast is served. Most importantly the reception advised me on restaurants, places and how to get around the city which was very helpful to navigate and workout the city in one night (also with help of google maps). All in all my stay was very good will most likely will be visiting Lisbon again if not this year, the following year as i had an amazing in Lisbon. Also will likely be staying in the same hotel again.

Perfect stay.
Vitorina's room is large and perfect, with a big comfortable bathroom and beautiful back porch with view to the mountains. Cinzia and Joe were great hosts who couldn't be more helpful! (as some have stated, there is live music friday and saturday nights from the bar up the street overlooking the ocean. It ends at 11:30pm, so is not so bad. Also, that place has a quick, cheap, good late menu - useful for late arrivals / snacks) Breakfast is fresh and plentiful, the endless coffee makes a good start to a day of hiking levadas.

Tiny room, ok price, wanted a real window.
Friendly staff, breakfast was fine, but room was very small and the only window was into a dirty interior air shaft. We expected a real window.
