前台接待小姐的语气，还有介绍以及讲解非常的不友好，很差。得在接待这方面重新培训，再过几年就是奥运会了，这样的态度接待，真的丢脸，怎么说凯瑞大酒店，也算是正规的酒店，不是民宿。

超爛的人員服務、硬體還好，環境不錯
晚上的前台太不進入狀況了，找不到我的訂單，一下說下午賣掉了，又給我開了一間房，上樓後發現裡面已經有旅客了，裡面的女子也被嚇到有人在外面猛刷卡刷不進! 覺得蠻荒謬的，入住等超久，上上下下跑兩三趟，至少25分鐘.... 個人覺得硬體還可以，床很舒服
