Brief visit Home!!!
Parking was an issue, the room was a bit smaller for our taste, however we made it work. Loved the features, however the space was not our style.

Great Place to Stay
I have a wonderful stay. Everyone was very pleasant. Alcohol slushies were bomb.

Stay away
he room was ridiculously small, didn't look like the one in the pic at all. The city view was a joke, we paid extra $20 for a city view and the only view is the office building across the street. The (tiny) gap between the bed and the window was very dusty.

Poor 2.0
Horror Hotel
The rooms weren’t clean I had to be moved 3 times total. Dry blood on sheets , I was told I had to change my own bed because there’s no housekeeper on property . The staff was rude and uninterested in certain people .

Nice but small
Overall a nice and trendy hotel with a great rooftop space and restaurant but the rooms are extremely small. It's like staying in a micro room. If you're not looking for a lot of space it's worth the value.

Honest review from a native New Yorker.
Rooms are small and there aren’t any microwaves, closets, or separate bathrooms inside & tv kept swinging off the wall. From the 200-300 sq ft of closet space size room you’ll be staying in, you’ll find it more comfortable to sit in the lobby area. Your paying for tribeca when you stay here.

Wouldn't recommend
I stayed in a queen room with a city view which was nice and clean but still woudn't recommend this property. During my visit I lost 2 rings from my room. I figured they might have been accidentally vacuumed or got jumbled in the bedding when they changed the sheets. Tried asking the reception on several different mornings about them, always a different person who had no idea what was going on. Always a promise to contact the housekeeping and call or email me. Nobody ever did, and so I had to keep going back and explaining the situation over and over. After checking out and changing hotels I noticed that also one of my t-shirts was missing. Called their service number to inquire both about the rings and the t-shirt. It has been a month and nothing has turned up. Not even an email offering regrets that this happened. While the property might be 4 stars, the service or customer care certainly is not.
