Fabulous
It’s always a pleasure to stay at the trend suites as the owners are very helpful and caring to your needs my only disappointment was the pool being shut as this wasn’t stated on the booking so couldn’t get my usual exercise in . But the weather wasn’t great so understand why it was closed but Woukd be good to have that on the website in when the pool opens and closes . I will gel returning in October which will be my 3rd time in these apartments they are close to all amenities

They told me their dryer worked but it didn’t and my clothes stayed wet. I am not satisfied with this service because I had to catch another flight with wet clothes. The pictures of this hotel are not the picture of the right hotel. This hotel is a big catfish

It was modern and clean. Expedia lists 3 twin, queen, king bed options but the hotel manager said they only have queen and he doesn't know why Expedia has 3 options. The king bed option at this hotel doesn't exist.

Disappointing stay.. Will not return
Standard are low, most things are not in a good working condition. No hot water, electricity would trip off and the cleaning was very poor, just changed the bin liners that's all. The only good thing was the receptionist Mehmet, he is too good for this place and a real asset, he did everything within his power to offer good customer service.... Its just that there was so much wrong it was difficult for him to rectify all problems by himself.

Отель находится на спокойной и тихой улице, хотя напротив и расположены два кафе, каких-то громких звуков от них мы не слышали. До набережной пешком 5-10 минут. Вокруг кафе на любой вкус, парковка такси, детские площадки, парки. Район очень чистый, подходит для гуляния на коляске. Здание отеля невысокое, в принципе как и все здания в этом районе, уютный мини дворик, есть пандус, лифт, перила безопасные. Номер в стиле минимализм. Все от мебели до посуды из икеи, в довольно хорошем состоянии. Достаточно шкафов и полочек. Есть балкончик, где можно по вечерам сидеть. Чистые душевая и туалет-раковина. Чистая посуда, белье, полотенца, подоконники, полки и поверхности без пыли. Есть холодильник, микроволновка, блэкаут – все, что нужно для комфортного пребывания с ребенком. Очень понятливый персонал, пришлось делать чекаут позже, нам пошли навстречу. Из минусов: видно, что номер не новый, в душевой, например, на потолке шелушится штукатурка, самый жирный минус - полы липкие -то ли слишком много моющего средства, то ли наоборот мало, микроволновка грязная внутри и стол заляпан чем-то. Если учесть эти недочеты, отличное место для семьи с детьми.

Rezervasyon yaptığımız binanın yanında inşaat nedeniyle çok gürültü vardı. Bizi hemen diğer binalarında daha iyi özelliklere sahip başka bir odaya yerleştirdiler.
