When we checked in their system was down and they were unable to make keys, so they told us that as soon as it came back up they would deliver them to our room. Hours later they had still not delivered anything. Upon finally walking down to ask again for keys they seemed surprised by our request, and then made keys. In addition, the hotel didn’t have the correct reservation information, and instead of offering to reach out to Hotels.com to clear up the issue they told us to figure it out ourselves and insisted on having us pay for a night that we had already paid for through hotels.com. They actually beat on our door, and entered before we were able to respond, telling us that we needed to check out. Upon showing them our confirmation from Hotels.com that proved we had the correct information and they didn’t, they still told us that we could either pay again for the night we had paid for already through hotels.com or get out. They could not have been less accommodating or helpful. Even after showing the confirmation and receipt of payment. No way I’ll ever stay here again.
