I cannot even find the right words for the mess that is going on in this so called “resort”. I strongly recommend to booking.com to remove this terrible accommodation from its website. How can booking.com offer such a mess? Such a lie? People are spending money for that! Every positive aspect about the “resort” is a lie; except for the location which is good. Me and my husband we left earlier and lost a few hundreds of euro. We just could not bear this mess, dirt, chaos and smell. The doors to the rooms are so damaged that any small animals and any insects can get in the rooms. They have a horrible smell. There is dirt everywhere. I think the staff never cleans. Not even the bed sheets are clean enough. The water if the pool is yellowish/green. Everywhere stairs are broken. You can easily break you leg there. Not a single room or wall of that building is maintained. (And please forget about the”spa”. There is no spa; lol) Do not even try to change rooms - they are all the same; we tried. Locals have been telling us that the government took it over. Now they don’t care at all.

Great location however there appears to have been no maintenance or any purchase of new bedding or towels for many, many years.

Toilet no bidet and it stinks, no toilet ventilation. Floor room, closet, bed linen were dusty. Shower handle was broken.
However, the staff on duty Shahrul from housekeeping, Mohd Rohaizad from F&B n Lia from front office was very accommodating.

The property is set in a beautiful location. It is a shame that it has not been taken care of and has become old, shabby and run down. There were ants everywhere in both rooms that I booked. Very very overpriced for what it offers.

The spa with no spa
This is not a spa resort, but the spa is long closed as are most of the restaurants and bars, very run down, towels are so old and tatty, mini bar is a rusty empty fridge, no external food or drink allowed in the hotel, this is a 2 star location at best. Car parking is a 5 min walk away, ok if it wasn't for the 34 degrees heat and sun, don't go if you do not have a car.
Very disappointed that hotel.com have this on their site
Will never stay here again, to pricey £20 max
Local area is lovely with good sea food nearby

Strange experience
Strange experience. Staying about 5 days in this big resort, isolated at the end of Santubong, almost completely empty except during the weekend. A kind of "end of the world" feeling, with a spectacular view on sunset. This resort is surely aged, not perfect at all, but after all, it was not that expensive, the limited staff are sincerely friendly and helpful, the pool is huge and desert, and one can easily survive a couple of relaxing days in this "middle of nowhere" place. The restaurant is clearly an invitation to suicide, but there's a friendly local food court and a small 7eleven just 2mn walk outside the resort.
