The hotel is in ugly and noisy industrial/port area. We had view to remains of Sovier era sewage treatment plant. Hotel self is ok and the staff was great.

Room was economy style, loud trains are going by all night so you cannot be with a window open. But they have a strong AC that you can use in the room - so thats good. Staff were amazing and friendly. Bed was uncomfortable. But its a great stay for 1 night next to the ferry terminal to the Curonian Spit and Nida.

Excellent customer service, good air conditioning, very poor WiFi, good for nothing curtains, very poor quality bed mattress. The hotel is next to freight port and very noisy due to cargo containers being moved on the rail

Good hotel for one or two nights. Location is next to the ferry and the bike rentals seems like a nice option to cross to the Delphinarium. Very clean, mattress is ok say 4/5. Breakfast was ok too, I would say 8/10 in terms of taste and variety. Service was good, the people at the check-in counter were very polite.

Every member of staff at this hotel I encountered smiled and greeted me. The property is very clean as you would expect in a quarantine period. Quarantine restrictions meant breakfast was brought to the table restaurant style (instead of buffet) by friendly staff and it more than met expectations. There are self-service coffee and juice machines which are also operating 24 hours for free. Parking is very convenient. There can be noise from the railway shunting activities and also horns from large ships. You can close the window if you don't like noise but for me it was all the more atmospheric experience of staying at the port. The view from the room of the port is also nice. Location next to the ferry terminal was also a bonus for me. Easy checkin and out.

Although very well placed, only few meters from the ferry terminal (DFDS and Neringa line), it was poorly maintained. So called breakfast, even served during COVID-19 pandemic, was disgusting (see photos if you dare). Reception warned that it will be called if I do not take it at 9:00 on Saturday. So I woke up on time. It did not helped at all. I was awakened few times at night by noises from the corridor and other rooms. It means no noise isolation at all. You can hear every step. TV very small (like an iPad screen). Beds were not comfy, made cracking sound. My luck no tobacco smell in room, because people were smoking through opened windows when I approached. At least shower and towels were just about right.

Good clean, comfortable and modern. Comfy bed and large room Excellent breakfast although the juices were weak and disappointing. Price was good but location is poor next to the railway line.

I would judge this new hotel to be at a higher quality level than the Ibis Style branding suggests. Although room furnishings may appear a bit bland in their scandinavian minimialist effect, the lobby area and restaurant are magnificent. High quality restaurant food served in simple, contemporary style with most helpful staff. Rooms suffer from some railway noise, but close the window and it quickly goes. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and its location for the ferry docks and split.
