I stayed there with my 2 siblings during a Visit to 2 nearby attractions. We had a great stay and the breakfast was plentiful and awesome. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel at great location - good value

A nice hotel to stay if you want to visit Serengeti Park. The hotel is also located in a very nice town with good restaurants in the area close to nice nature. The room was OK. It was very difficult to get a smile from the staff working at the hotel, but all was OK, and we had a nice stay.

Very challenging to get a hold of hotel

We were running late and knew we were not going to make the 10 p.m. cutoff for check in. We attempted to contact the hotel starting at 8:30 p.m., took over an hour and had to go through hotels.com website to send a message. This required us to pull off the highway and spend 15 plus minutes to send messages. It was very aggravating. Once we got to the hotel, everything was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying there but keep the check in info in mind.

Cleaning blocked the hallway when i should check out. Had to move dirty bed linnen and cleaning equipment to get pass with my suitcase. Cleaning opened the door 2 seconds after knocking and woke me up!! Management please take action.

Clean but no a/c so warm in summer

The breakfast was good and the service was fine. But our room was kind of old and smelled like old cigaret smoke despite the fact that is was a non smoker room. We were there in the summer and there was no air conditioning in the room so we had to sleep all night with the window wide open, and no refrigerator to keep our brought water cold. So we had a quite hot night. But otherwise the room was clean and the bed linens and towels were freshly washed. The room was fine for a one night stay after a long day on the autobahn but the room didn’t invite to a longer stay. The overall hotel was quite worn down - but they were doing renovations when we were there in the summer of 2022 so hopefully the standard will rise soon after that.

Enormt stort hotell i mindre samhälle nära naturen. När vi var där en söndag var det väldigt lite kunder, men rummet var väldigt rent och funktionellt. På morgonen fanns en bra och riklig frukost. Fri parkering. Några hundra meter bort fanns en väldigt fin restaurant och kaffe’ samt trivsamt strövområde.

Der var problemer med varmen på værelset; det føltes som at komme i sauna. Gulvvarmen var så kraftig, at man ikke kunne gå barfodet. Personalet var bekendt med problemet, men anviste ikke et andet værelse. Brokkede sig overfor os omkring manglende forståelse fra ejers side.

Personal war freundlich. Hotel aber ohne Restaurant, nur ZF. Eher spartanische Einrichtung. Keine Bar, die Receptionistin organisiert aber den Alkohol. Viele Monteure oder LKW Fahrer, welche übernachten. Als Pension o.k., aber im November kein Hotel Komfort.
