Cooles Hostel, in einem netten Häusschen. Die Lage ist super und die Nachbarschaft ist sicher und belebt. Das Haus ist allerdings sehr hellhörig, man sollte also nicht lärmempfindlich sein ;)

t was the dead cockroach that decided it
Friendly helpful staff but Small room, double bed (we booked twin). Shared loo and shower with2 other rooms. Window didn’t close properly so mosquitoes a problem Basement room next to the communal kitchen so noise would be a problem. I just not 20 anymore, but it was the dead cockroach that decided we would go to the Novotel. No character but ac, private bathroom and space.

O Hostel é relativamente confortável, o quarto é um tanto claustrofóbico, apesar da boa cama, os banheiros são apertados, desconfortáveis e sujos, as instalações são precárias e descuidadas, falta uma manutenção mais sistematizada do hostel, o café é bom e merece ser citado como ponto positivo, a localização também é um ponto positivo.

Achei o hostel muito massa, lugar agradável, perto do metrô, do centro de convenções, região boa com vários bares, restaurantes perto de 2 grandes avenidas principais de São Paulo , cama muito boa , todos os dias uma pessoa faz a limpeza do local , enfim... Recomendo sempre e todas as vezes que for a SP ficarei neste hostel , ele tem um café no anexo com preços bons e tem desconto para hóspede ...

Você paga quase 700 reais em 5 diárias em quarto privativo para ficar perto do seu trabalho e descobre um local com grande potencial, perto de metro, teatros, cinemas, etc.... e descobre um Staff completamente mal educado, blasé, que debocha na sua cara quando vc pede para trocar coisas simples que deveriam estar no quarto: LAMPADA QUEIMADA NO QUARTO, VAZAMENTO PINGANDO ENCIMA DO CABIDEIRO COM NOSSOS PERTENCES DO RESTAURANTE QUE FICA ACIMA DO QUARTO, PAPEL TOALHA E PAPEL HIGIÊNICO NOS BANHEIROS, etcccc Para completar o quarto San Francisco fica ao lado do local do cafe da manha e o mesmo STAFF fica de manha aos gritos por volta das 7 horas da manha e falando alto depois da meia noite e bebendo cerveja (e quando pedimos para ter um pouco de silencio, eles debocham e falam mais alto). Mas se vc procura um quarto privativo para nunca ficar no quarto, quem sabe seja o local exato para o cliente: De dia vc não pode ficar no quarto, porque o restaurante arrasta cadeiras o tempo todo durante almoço e jantar e a noite vc não dorme porque o staff (esta relaxando: palavras da recepcionista)! O cafe da manha que poderia ser agradável pois tem um espaço bacana, mas tem outro STAFF mal arrumado e de muito mal humor e conversa com a moca da limpeza que passa mais tempo vendo videos no whatsupp do que limpa! Poderia continuar a falar desse STAFF mas prefiro me calar e esperar que a Vida me recompense os meus quase 700 reais por um quarto privativo, pois esse Hostel never ever Ever!

Recomendo, mas pode melhorar!
Passei apenas uma noite e considero boa. Atendeu minha necessidade. Fiz check-in no limite do horário e o atendente foi super prestativo e atencioso. Fiquei em um quarto privativo (1 beliche) no prédio anexo. O ambiente é bem pequeno, mas não foi surpresa, era exatamente como na foto. O colchão bem confortável. Porém, a limpeza deixou bastante a desejar. Quarto com teia de aranha, roupas de camas, certamente, eram dos hóspedes anteriores. O banheiro (coletivo) também não era dos mais limpos, principalmente o box. Na área comum também era possível achar crosta de poeira em cima dos quadros. Quanto ao café da manhã super honesto. Em resumo, a estadia foi boa, com exceção dos pontos mencionados e de um hóspede escandaloso do quarto coletivo gritando pelo corredor as 2h da manhã.

Hóspedes Perdidos
Quando cheguei ao Hostel, foi informado que só haveria alguém na recepção até as 23h. No entanto, por volta das 21h havia uma mulher buscando ajuda porque fez reserva, mas não havia ninguém lá para recebe-la, nem mesmo para dar a chave e informar qual seria o quarto. Fiquei comovida, mas não tinha como ajudar. Mas o pior é tentar o usar o microondas e vir uma pessoa dizer que não podia, que eu deveria me dirigir a um prédio do outro lado da rua, sendo que havia um microondas na minha frente que ela disse que não podia usar. Estão se lixando para o hóspede.
