Close to tram station. Convenient store just across the street. Hostel friendly and helpful. Downside is the celling is dirty and dusty, the room is not entirely enclosed and bed does not have curtains, allowing lights from corridor enters, hard to sleep at night.

The hostel is located near a tram stop which made it easy to access the rest of Nagasaki. Our room was located on the 3rd floor and the staff very kindly helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Check in was easy and the place is clean. There are quite a few staff working at the hostel, and we happened to bump into most of them when they were having their get-together. They are all very friendly and made us a yummy sashimi dish. Although I was sick and couldn't communicate much, my companion had a really great time talking to them. She had so much fun it became the highlight of our entire trip. Thank you for your hospitality!

The bedroom no.3-5 seem away from the air conditioner, the ventilation in the rooms is not good enough. Maybe place small fans at the rooms can resolve the ventilation.

Property was not as represented in the online photos. Lounge area small and run down. Not very comfortable for a long sit. The room we had didn’t have anywhere to hang wet stuff. No hooks or hangers. Very noisy. Could hear everything in the next room and the hallway where the washing took place. Walls could use a good washing and a coat of paint. The venting ducts all need cleaning in the common areas. Made my allergies bad.
