Localização excelente, condições dos quartos PRECARIAS, precisa de uma reforma URGENTE. Ar condicionado parecia uma turbina de avião, uma pena, cafe da manhã sem reposição para quem chegava um pouco mais tarde, por volta das 08:30, sendo que o horário iria ate as 10h. Lamentável.

Péssima gestão do Estacionamento
Hotel razoável. Fica bem localizado, entretanto, reprovo o estacionamento. Além de pequeno, havia a possibilidade de colocar o carro no corredor que leva ao mesmo. Sendo que alguns foram avisados de tal, menos eu, ( e olha que cheguei cedo) que teve que pagar um estacionamento privado próximo ao Hotel. Lamentável.

Segunda vez que estive nesse hotel, porque a primeira vez foi muito bom, dessa vez já me decepcionei um pouco, de dois anos para cá não vi manutenção, os móveis estão se degradando. Tínhamos que dormir com a janela aberta, porque o ar condicionado muito antigo ficava abaixo e não circulava, falamos na recepção mas não resolveram.

Férias em família!
O atendimento dos funcionários do Xenius hotel é excelente! A localização também, excelente! Tamanho do quarto excelente! Já algumas coisas não podemos dizer o mesmo, como por exemplo: a ducha do chuveiro é velha e da água grossa, bastaria trocar por uma ducha grande e nova! O ar-condicionado é dos modelos antigos e rente ao chão, dificultando uma boa refrigeração! Deveriam trocar por splits. O café da manhã também poderia melhorar, como por exemplo, colocarem mamão papaya; além disso, poderiam servir mais quantidade de bolos e repor alguns itens sem a necessidade de solicitar. No geral, vale a pena pela localização, atendimento excelente e tamanho do quarto.

Segunda vez em João pessoa, e nesse mesmo Hotel, o quarto ganha muito na vista... Cama boa , ar condicionado razoável, não gela tanto, mas o que pegou foi no banheiro, que tinha o mal cheiro terrível, mesmo tento o serviço de quarto, ainda fedia. Fiquei no 204 no segundo andar... Fora isso tudo certo, café da manhã MT bom.

Uma ótima estadia, todos os funcionários muito prestativos, mais eu me identifiquei mais com o Igor e Com o Laion. Foram muito prestativos na necessidade que eu tive na mudança de quarto por uma questão do ar condicionado não estar em total funcionamento, de imediato eles me proporcionaram um novo quarto que me atendeu até o término da minha estadia. As colaboradoras do restaurante são fenomenais, todos os produtos do café da manhã saborosíssimos, tinha um bolo de milho cremoso que te levava ao céu, tapioca macia e saborosa. Parabéns aos proprietários do hotel Xênius por ter funcionários tão prestativos e profissionais. A localização nem se fala, a alguns passos do letreiro e do Bustos de Tamandaré. Uma vista incrível da piscina para o mar.

Para quem gosta de ficar no centrao. Otima localização, fincionarios siper atenciosos, mas o hotel esta bem mau cuidado. Construoram e ficou por isso mesmo. Uma pena.Deveriam fazer uma boa reforma
