By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Hotel. I’ve never once in my life ever taken the time to leave a review positive or negative. But I can’t wrap my head around someone owning a business and being okay with providing such low a low quality experience. I genuinely believe this place should not be allowed to be open. There was no problem with the room but they only room available was on the 3rd floor. My husband and myself are both disabled. My husband only has one leg and I have mobility issues. The evaluator was out of order so that was greatly inconvenient to have to climb 3 levels of stairs and we had pets with us.

Worse place we’ve ever stayed. TV did not work. Window curtain not in place. Roaches and bugs everywhere. (Killed 6 roaches the morning we left.) commode seat loose. No hangers in closet. No smoke detector. Big crack around entry door. Bed was made with top sheet on top of blanket instead of on top of fitted sheet. Housekeeping issues need to be addressed. Certainly not worth the $250 nightly charge.

Front desk is very unprofessional. If you traveling for special occasions this is not the hotel. You can't not trust At least make sure you have four hours extra check in or check out and on top of that Room that I was staying 218 had no heat or hot water On winter Xmas .
